Sleep deprivation is not a serious disease,but many reasons behind this such as kids hyper activeness, students exams tension, middle age people family problems and finance problems, old age elders medical problems etc.Where there is a problem, there will be a solution. Some food are helps to go to deep sleep and some food are disturbs our sleep. So Change our life style, concentrate on fitness, have a good hygienic food and make a perfect time management are the best tips to avoid Sleep deprivation.

- Coffee

- Natural diuretics-water melon,barley.
- Alcohol
Whenever you drink coffee or tea,it will activate your body for sometime.so coffee ,tea are activating drinks.Spicy food are increases the acidity problem in the stomach and high fat food increases the cholesterol in the blood vessels.So avoid the above food before go to sleep.Alcohol disturbs sleep.
- Do regular exercises at least one hour per day.
- Yoga,meditation gives a lot of energy to do all your daily works and you get positive thinking, decrease the stress.If you will not get sleep in night,do meditation for half an hour before go to bed.
- walking,cycling,badminton,gym etc, you should do the exercises in which you are interested.
- If you have interest in gardening,do the gardening for one hour.
