Hair fall is a big problem to facing all ages of people in the world.Protein deficiency is one of the major cause of hair fall.If we can change our life style, food habits,we will control the hair fall. If we take vitamins and minerals contain food, we will reduce the hair fall. Sprouts have rich source of proteins to help the hair growth.
Best protein foods:
- Green gram/Green moong - It is rich source of magnesium, copper,zinc,vitamin-B.
- Black gram / urad dal.
- Red gram/ masoor dal - It is rich source of amino acids, potassium, iron, fiber, vitamin-B1.

DANDRUFF REDUCING OIL:
Neem leaves-15-20 rebels.
Neem leaves have available in all seasons and in all regions.It has so many medicinal properties and an effective treatment to the hairfall. It has anti-bacterial,anti-fungal,anti-inflammatory properties. Neem leaves also helps to control skin allergies, diabetes and most vital benefit is it reduce dandruff.

Preparation of oil:
- First clean the neem leaves with water and spread the leaves on a neat cloth for drying.
- Take a big steel vessel add coconut oil and fresh neem leaves.(cut the small pieces,only use dark leaves].
- Heat the oil in low flame and stir it well.
- Every 5-10 minutes stir the oil with a spoon.
- Within 30-40 minutes the oil colour changes and neem leaves also roasted well.
- Now swich off the stove and keep away for cooling the oil.
- After cooling the neem -coconut oil, filter into a glass bottle.
- Neem hair oil is ready to apply to the hair.
Benefits of oil:-
- coconut-neem oil is reduce the dandruff who are suffering this problem.
- Don't use other oils along with this oil.

preperation:
- Pore coconut oil into a big steel bowl.
- Add hibiscus flowers into the oil.
- Heat the oil in low flame.
- Every 5 minutes stir it well.
- Within 30 minutes hibiscus oil.
- Switch off the stove.
- Keep the oil for cooling.
- Filter the oil into a clean glass bottle.
we will eat rich protein food along with daily physical exercises and apply the best home made oils ,we will get the extreme growth of our hair.
BHRINGRAJ OIL
Bhringraj scientific name is Eclipta prostrata.It is commonly known as false daisy,karisalankanni.It is called GUNTAGALAGARA in telugu language. Bhringraj oil to support hair growth and control dandruff in the hair. It is used in Ayurvedic medicines.It's famous name is called as" KING OF HERBS". I am preparing hair growth oil with Bhringraj leaves, hibiscus leaves and flowers etc.
BENEFITS OF BHRINGRAJ :
- Bhringraj plant contains vitamin-E which is helpful to hair growth.
- This oil has anti-microbial, anti-fungal properties that can reduce dandruff.
- This oil is very helpful to slow greying the hair.It has natural hair darkening properties.

preparation of bhringraj oil:
Ingredients:
- BHRINGRAJ - leaves,stems
- FENUGREEK SEEDS-5 spoons
- CURRY LEAVES-15 stems
- HIBISCUS FLOWERS- 15
- HIBISCUS LEAVES- 20
- COCONUT HAIR OIL- 500ml
PROCESS:
- Clean the bhringraj leaves and hibiscus leaves with water.
- spread the leaves on a neat cotton cloth for drying the water.
- Take a big steel vessel add bhringraj leaves, hibiscus leaves, fenu greek seeds, curry leaves, hibiscus flowers and add coconut oil.
- Cut into small pieces the above ingredients.
- Heat the oil in low flame.
- Within half an hour the leaves become crispy and change their colour.
- Switch off the stove.
- Keep away the vessel for cooling purpose.
- After cooling , filter the oil into a clean bowl.
- Now preserve the bhringraj oil into a neat glass bottle.
How to apply:
- Take the bhringraj oil in a small bowl and heat in low flame for 30 seconds.
- keep away the oil for some time.
- Apply the warm oil with a small cotton ball.
- Massage the hair for 10 minutes.
- Comb your hair gently.
- Use the oil weekly thrice,it gives tremendous growth of our hair.
This oil is best homemade hair growth oil and this is my own
preparation .
